Accounts Receivable Junior Accountant

We are looking for

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT with English

to join our team in Gdańsk for permanent position.

What will you get to do?

• Process handling invoice requests (administrative invoices) and ensuring that all invoice requests are accurately processed and sent within agreed deadline
• Process Customer Rebates according to agreed schedule
• Ensure that all internal customer queries are dealt efficiently, effectively and to the satisfaction of an external customer and the relevant business unit
• Provide accurate information to AR and AP on a timely and accurate basis
• Responsible for using multiple banking solutions / online banks and related local accounts

What kind of skills are we looking for?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager to learn individual. The ideal candidate is a true team player, ready to support colleagues and step in when others need backup. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, along with a professional and friendly manner when interacting with others.

Key qualifications and attributes include:

• Communicative English (min. level B2)
• Basic accounting knowledge (accounting certificates, studies, courses will be an advantage)
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
