The PACE Intelligence team is the global business intelligence foundation of Google Cloud, designed to accelerate sales growth through AI agents, advanced reporting, and streamlined performance management. We are responsible for building the semantic source of truth for the business, delivering reporting capabilities that serve over 10,000 sellers across the Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
- Experience designing and building data structures, data pipelines, data marts, or data warehouses.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews including version control.
- Experience with developing AI agents.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
