About the Role
This is a builder's role. Employ's partnership ecosystem has real potential, and we need a leader who can assess what we have, tighten the commercial framework, and build the scalable motions that turn partnerships into a meaningful revenue engine. You'll own the full partner lifecycle across referral, resell, and strategic alliances — operating at the executive level externally while staying close to execution internally. If you're energized by turning untapped potential into measurable business impact, this is your role.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and own the execution of partnership sales plans that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue aligned to company growth targets.
Identify, assess, negotiate, and secure high-impact partnerships, including technology alliances, referral partners, resellers, and strategic industry relationships.
Structure and negotiate complex partner agreements, revenue-sharing models, and joint go-to-market plans that protect margin and maximize long-term value.
Act as the senior relationship owner for key partners, maintaining executive-level connections and ensuring alignment to shared business goals.
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing partnerships team focused on delivering measurable pipeline and closed-won revenue.
Develop and implement partner enablement strategies, including training, joint account planning, and sales playbooks to increase partner sales effectiveness.
Partner with Marketing to design and launch joint campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives with partners.
Establish and track clear KPIs for partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact; prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Represent the company externally at partner meetings, business reviews, industry conferences, and relevant networking events to strengthen Employ’s position in the market.
