What you'll be doing

Role Function and Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide graphic and video design output to support the delivery of effective marketing and sales support material that optimally positions Corpay’s global payments and risk management solutions, along with its thought leadership both locally and globally. This position requires interaction and collaboration with all Marketing team members, Product Development and other key internal stakeholders, to ensure that all marketing and sales support material accurately reflects and adheres to corporate branding and messaging guidelines.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for visualizing and creating graphics including videos, illustrations, brochures and other sales support materials, responsive email templates, digital media, and more
  • Support the company’s overall branding strategy, adhering to existing guidelines while using a high level of creativity and ingenuity
  • Designing visual concepts using an array of graphic design tools and software
  • Collaborating with a variety of company departments to deliver projects and visuals related to client and prospect needs
  • Ensure that all marketing and communication collateral is consistent, accurate and that it complies with corporate branding guidelines as well as legal and compliance standards
  • Work collaboratively and productively with all internal stakeholders
  • Other duties as outlined by Marketing leadership

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Marketing or other relevant field is required
  • 5-7 years’ experience working in graphic and/or video design
  • Experience with graphic design software; Adobe Creative Cloud strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated portfolio showing creativity and software skills
  • Ability to multitask, always keeping customer needs at the forefront
  • Experience with digital marketing and communications, as well as social media principles
  • Demonstrated ability to produce project-based collateral, from concept to delivery
  • Maintains technical knowledge by staying on top of trends
  • Ability to work effectively either as part of a project team, or take responsibility for the execution of an entire project from start to finish
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills
