About Us
Gumloop is the AI automation platform for the enterprise. We give teams the power to easily build and deploy AI agents, in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or standalone, that automate real work across hundreds of integrations with no engineering background required. The platform has three pillars:
Agents — Conversational AI assistants that use tools (integrations, workflows, code sandbox, MCP servers) to accomplish open-ended tasks. Unlike workflows that follow fixed paths, agents decide which tools to use and when, adapting based on context. Users configure agents with a system prompt, a model, and a set of tools. Agents can be deployed to a chat UI, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, and can run autonomously via scheduled or event-based triggers.
Workflows — Visual, drag-and-drop automations composed of connected nodes on a canvas. Each node is a discrete operation (call an API, run AI, read a spreadsheet, send an email). Workflows are deterministic and repeatable. They can be triggered manually, on a schedule, via webhook, or by external events (new email, Slack message, etc.). Workflows can also be attached to agents as callable tools — the agent orchestrates, the workflow executes.
Gumstack — Enterprise-grade MCP hosting, observability, and AI governance. Organizations provision managed MCP servers, control which AI models are available, audit every tool call, and enforce security policies across all agents and workflows.
We're moving fast. Teams at Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are already building and deploying AI agents on Gumloop to automate real work across their organizations. That's not a demo. That's production.

Role Overview
We're formalizing our go-to-market motion and building a team to scale our enterprise presence. We're hiring a Founding GTM to build outbound pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team — you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, leading conversations that open doors and move deals forward. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn enterprise sales from the ground up, with a clear path to AE or Growth roles and direct impact on Gumloop's next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
Generate outbound pipeline through personalized emails, calls, and social outreach to enterprise prospects
Lead introductory conversations with decision-makers at enterprise companies and evangelize Gumloop's value
Qualify opportunities for Account Executives, ensuring the right prospects move into the funnel
Partner with Marketing to improve campaigns and outreach sequences based on what's working in the field
Research and segment target accounts to identify high-potential prospects and prioritize outreach
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and data hygiene in Salesforce
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or pipeline generation (SaaS preferred)
Experience talking to senior stakeholders and explaining technical products clearly
A relentless, goal-oriented mindset comfortable with high-volume outreach
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Salesforce and a data-driven approach to outreach
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about automation and workflow software
Collaborative, coachable attitude — excited to grow and improve fast
