About Us:
10x Team connects top independent professionals with leading AI labs to accelerate innovation in artificial intelligence. We are seeking skilled Venture Builders, located in the EU or UK, to help train AI systems focused on venture development, startup strategy, and business model innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to venture building, startup development, and innovation strategy
Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for business models, go-to-market strategies, and scaling startups
Create and develop real-world scenarios and case studies based on your venture building experience
Generate variations on scenarios addressing fundraising, product market fit, and business growth challenges
Identify gaps or risks in AI-generated suggestions, providing actionable, structured feedback
Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply entrepreneurial concepts and methodologies
About You:
Experienced Venture Builder or entrepreneurship professional with a track record in startup development and innovation
Based in the EU or UK
Familiar with startup methodologies, innovation frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
Analytical and detail-oriented, able to deliver clear, constructive feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration

At 10x, there are two types of opportunities:
1. Traditional freelance missions
These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.
2. AI Lab roles
For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.
The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.
Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.
This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
