Senior Reporting Services Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Reporting Services Specialist to join our Platform Operations team within Strategic Services. This team partners closely with customers to support their day-to-day use of the CreatorIQ platform, with a strong focus on reporting, data quality, and actionable insights.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, influencer marketing, and client delivery — transforming complex datasets into clear, strategic insights that help customers optimize their creator programs and drive measurable impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets (SQL, GraphQL, platform exports) to support reporting and analysis across influencer marketing campaigns

  • Build, maintain, and optimize recurring reporting workflows and dashboards for campaign and creator performance

  • Analyze influencer, content, and campaign performance data to identify trends, performance drivers, and actionable insights

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling, client-ready narratives with strategic recommendations (e.g., creator selection, content performance, budget allocation)

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and client teams to define reporting requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs and workflows

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, data pipelines, and overall efficiency

  • Provide feedback on platform reporting features and contribute to ongoing product and tooling improvements

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or digital / influencer marketing analytics

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working with campaign or marketing performance data (social media, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or similar)

  • Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and presenting insights to diverse stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL (required) and experience querying large datasets

  • Experience with GraphQL or similar querying languages (nice to have)

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis

  • Experience creating client-ready reports and presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar)

  • Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
