Polymarket is looking for a Client Growth Associate to focus on one main objective: acquiring and growing our top-line customers. This is an execution-focused, growth-oriented role sitting at the intersection of relationship management and sales - you'll work closely with our Client Executives and focus on acquiring, onboarding, and growing the business.
You'll be building from the ground up. Your job is to identify and pursue the highest-value traders on and off the platform — through cold outreach, referrals, and targeted initiatives — and turn them into active, long-term Polymarket users.
Own and drive acquisition initiatives to identify, target, and convert high-value traders into active Polymarket users
Cold source prospective top-tier customers through direct outreach across text, calls, DMs, and other channels - you build the pipeline, don't just work one
Personally onboard new high-value traders, ensuring they understand the platform and are set up to trade from day one
Reach out proactively - before, during, and after major market events - to keep your book engaged and active
Reactivate dormant high-value traders through personalized, persistent follow-up
Identify expansion opportunities within your existing portfolio and grow wallet share over time
Resolve friction points quickly by coordinating with internal teams — you're the first point of contact for your traders
Surface feedback and market intelligence from your book to Client Executives and internal teams — you're a key signal for what top customers need
2–3 years in sales, account management, customer success, or a comparable client-facing role
Comfortable with high-volume outbound — you don't wait for inbound and you don't need prompting to pick up the phone
Results-oriented: you care about trading volume and retention, not just activity metrics
Strong written and verbal communication — clear, direct, and professional in fast-moving conversations
Organized and reliable — you follow through on commitments and manage multiple initiatives without dropping the ball
Previous experience in prediction markets, trading, or finance is a strong plus
