Job Description:

Overall PSD H&B Portfolio leader with people management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the area portfolio strategy to drive growth, align with customer needs, and support business priorities across markets, segments, and territory.
• Align with business direction into CHK area execution, including focus product priorities, portfolio reviews, rationalization, and sustainable new product growth.
• Connect customer and market insights to CHK new product pipeline and support new product planning and commercialization execution.
• Manage portfolio activities, focus on strategic product codes, diversified product reviews, and portfolio rationalization programs as needed.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and portfolio performance analysis.
• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align strategy and deliver results.
• Provide people management by coaching, guiding, and developing team members where applicable, while influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization to achieve portfolio objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Significant professional experience in portfolio management, product management, strategic marketing, commercialization, or related business leadership roles.
• Proficient in data analysis and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills are preferred
• Fluent in English
