JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the project. The client is a company engaged in retail and financial services, providing a wide range of products and solutions to customers across various markets.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design is required. Intermediate proficiency in Applications Support is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy is suggested.
Develop detailed process maps and documentation to support business transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology integration.
Support the evaluation and implementation of business solutions that align with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and insights to team members to enhance overall project delivery and quality.
Analyze data

Responsibilities:

• 4 years of experience as a Development Team Leader.
• Experience as a Business Analyst:
• Understanding of business processes
• Translation of functional requirements into technical requirements (acting as a bridge between business and technical teams) [linguee.es]
• Experience with ITIL methodologies (minimum: foundation level)
• Ability to create technical and functional documentation
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Strong skills in root cause analysis (RCA)
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
• English Intermediate- advanced.

Soft Skills:

• Experience with Stored Procedures and Informix SPL
