The hiring range for this position is $70k - $82k.
This position has the opportunity to be hybrid; one to two days in the office.
The Assistant Director, Admissions Systems & CRM Solutions will:
Maintain the Slate CRM, provide troubleshooting and tech support services, take care of the integrations and build new ones when needed
Analyze and present data to support data driven decision making in the department
Keep the data clean using data audits
Assess business needs and create Slate solutions where appropriate, as well as maintain proper documentation of business processes
Backup and support admissions recruiting and coordinators in busy times or when the staffing is low.
The Assistant Director will serve as the administrator for multiple Slate instances, oversee system operations, workflow optimization, and data integrity to support admissions and enrollment goals. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining system processes, improving data quality, and automating workflows to increase efficiency and data audits. This position collaborates with campus stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless data integration between Slate, Workday, and other systems. It also plays a key role in business analysis, planning, and the continuous improvement of enrollment technology for the Rabb Online School.
Key Responsibilities:
Slate CRM Optimization (50%)
Maintain Slate CRM instance for online programs to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs
Configure and update system functionality; collaborate with internal and external partners on enhancements
Maintain CRM’s admissions and students’ data and track applicant progress and outcomes
Develop and maintain dashboards, queries and reports to support admissions and enrollment operations
Monitor system performance and data quality; conduct audits and data cleanup
Maintain and enhance CRM workflows and configurations
Monitor and support data flows across integrated systems with the CRM
Design and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors as needed
Conduct functional testing of system updates to ensure alignment with business requirements
Collaboration and Systems Integration (25%)
Support CRM configuration, automation, and system integration initiatives
Analyze CRM data to support enrollment strategy and planning
Ensure data accuracy through audits and validation processes
Develop dashboards and reports; contribute to forecasting and predictive modeling
Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Supply backup and support for the admission coordinators in busy times or when staffing is low
May supervise staff
Business Analysis and Technology Solutions (25%)
Supply data and easy to read reports to be used in decision making and enrollment modeling
Anticipate business needs and implement solutions using Slate CRM and related tools
Maintain system documentation and promote consistent use of CRM technologies
Collaborate with departments such as marketing, registrar, IT, and student services to support admissions and enrollment processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Work Experience:
B.A./B.S. required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience.
Management experience preferred.
What you need to succeed:
Experience with Slate, including queries, reports, configurable joins, advanced form building, liquid markup, workflows, portals, user permissions, and data imports.
Demonstrated knowledge of relational database management. SQL and HTML/CSS required. Experience with JavaScript and XML preferred.
Strong MS Excel skills.
