What you'll be doing

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer within our Corpay division. This position falls under our International business line.

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions while supporting business processes and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable applications, automating business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

How We Work


As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment based in Malta. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Company-issued equipment

  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform

  • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Configure and customize standard Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Create and maintain validation rules, workflows, and flows

  • Perform data migrations and data management using Data Loader and other ETL tools

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for existing Salesforce implementations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Apex programming

    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    • SOQL

    • Salesforce Flows

  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations

  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools

  • Experience with external integrations
