Customer Engineer, Google Cloud (English, Korean)

You listen and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with one or more programming languages.
- Experience in delivering technical presentations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience developing programs/scripts in Python, Java, C++, SQL and architecture, and developing software for distributed systems.
- Experience building or troubleshooting websites or web applications using web technologies (e.g., HTTPS, JavaScript, APIs, TCP/IP, DNS).
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms and technical concepts such as AI, Big Data, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and related industry topics.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence decision makers around deployment topologies and performance.
