The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
  • Experience partnering with non-frontend teams (e.g., GenAI, Model, UX/Research) to integrate capabilities and translate complex requirements into working, user-facing features.
  • Experience establishing instrumentation, quality rubrics, and debugging tools to measure and maintain the overall quality of the user experience.
  • Ability to define and drive the technical front-end architectural goal for complex systems, ensuring the design is scalable, performant, and aligned with the product's North Star.
