The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Display, Video, Creative (DVC) team's mission is to drive GTM and Product innovation that democratizes and simplifies Google’s DV formats for all SMB advertisers, so they can successfully grow their businesses.

Our Creative Team works to remove SMB's perceived barriers to launching effective creative assets across Google's products. We can level the playing field so SMBs have amazing and performative creative no matter their size! This includes creative production tools (GenAI), creative quality (ABCDs), and YouTube Creator partnerships.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000.00 - $179,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position reports to the Google New York, NY office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.


The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field and 4 years experience in the job offered or in a Global Solutions Associate-related occupation.
  • Position requires 4 years of experience in the following:
    • Leading complex, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives or Program management;

    • Developing business strategies based on industry and market trend analysis or Strategic planning;

    • Influencing executive leadership on strategic initiatives or product decisions or Executive stakeholder management;

    • Building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders; and

    • Stakeholder needs analysis and structured discovery for strategic consulting and recommendations or Consultative problem-solving.
