Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience working in sales and commercial leadership.
  
• Experience in sales and management within the technology, advertising, and/or Internet industry.
  
• Experience managing business growth performance in Vietnam markets.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to conduct necessary business communications in English professionally and fluently (written and spoken).
• Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization.
• Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.
• Experience managing business growth performance across several Asian markets.
• Experience in scaling up offices from the ground up in new locations at speed.
• Proven track record in relevant country director or country manager leadership roles.
