Your opportunity

We’re currently looking for an HR Trainee to join our Head Office team in Finland. This is a part-time position and an excellent opportunity for a student currently pursuing a master’s degree, especially those interested in gaining hands-on HR experience. You will provide direct support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and contribute to key annual HR processes, working closely with top management in a dynamic, international environment.

Where you’ll be

You will be located in our Headquarters in Espoo and should be within reasonable commuting distance from our office.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and HR leadership team

  • Create, draft, and prepare materials and presentations for the CHRO

  • Support the execution of HR annual processes and projects

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the HR function and other business areas

  • Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects as needed

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree (field of study related to HR, management, business, or similar)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • ⁠Values similar to ours: Care, Dare, and Deliver

Nice to have but not mandatory:

  • Experience in creating executive-level presentations

  • Previous consulting trainee experience

  • Experience in content creation (videos and social media)
