Job Description
In this role as an Interactive Quality Coach, you will help teams across LEGO® Design create outstanding interactive play experiences by guiding design quality, facilitating collaborative design reviews, and supporting the design governance of interactive play experiences across projects. You will combine deep interaction design expertise with strong facilitation and systems thinking to support teams in delivering playful, meaningful, and high-quality experiences. You will:

Within LEGO Design, the Interaction Design team explores how digital and physical play come together to create meaningful and joyful experiences for children. As an Interactive Qaulity Coach, you will play a key role in strengthening how these experiences are developed by helping teams evaluate, refine, and elevate their interaction design work across multiple projects.
