Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for producing tender estimates, method statements and construction programs

• Monitor contractors to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively while staying within budgetary limits

• Supervise time, cost, and quality to achieve excellent results
   

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience (3 years for Projects Engineer) in project direction in a similar capacity of the hospitality, entertainment, gaming industries, and/ or other Construction Industries

• Excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese
