Job Description:
Leverage data analytics and statistical techniques to deliver data-driven insights and enhance the accounting team's reporting capabilities
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, and drive automation-driven solutions to improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen operational effectiveness and decision-making
Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex financial and operational data in a clear and impactful manner
Lead and support continuous improvement, system enhancement, and data transformation initiatives
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 years working in a large and reputable organization, with minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry in a management role. Experienced in accounting process improvement or automation enhancement is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree with major in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance or related field is preferred
Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level, including VBA and macros), SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau. Familiar with Opera, Daylight, Infrasys, Workday Systems Knowledge of database management is an advantage
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and think logically in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong leadership and responsible for team member development, promote positive working atmosphere and team member relations
