Position Summary:
The Production Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicles can be built on the assembly line as designed and validated per Program and Manufacturing departments. Scope extends from pre-production support through line startup, and ongoing production. This includes the tracking and
disposition of Deviations, Drawing Change Requests, and Engineering Change Orders approved through CCB. Warranty and field issue resolution is also included in the scope of this role.

- Knowledge of principles, practices and procedures to the completion of difficult technical problems and projects.

- Experience with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Riding experience and/or interest in Recreational Vehicles desired

Required Qualifications:
- BS Engineering Degree required. •0-2 years of program leadership or engineering project/design leadership experience, in similar industry.
- Strong technical background.
- Excellent project planning, organizing, and administrative skills.
- Understands how program objectives, tools, and resources relate cross-functionally.
- Business advanced English

Position Overview:
The Production Support Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and ongoing production of vehicles by bridging the gap between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing teams. This position supports products from pre‑production through full production, ensuring that designs are manufacturable and aligned with production capabilities.
Key responsibilities include managing engineering changes, deviations, and issue resolution to maintain smooth production flow and minimize disruptions. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to investigate and resolve production, quality, and supplier-related issues, while supporting rework activities, warranty concerns, and field issue analysis.
The Production Support Engineer actively participates in pre‑production builds, milestone reviews, and daily production line support, ensuring timely identification and resolution of risks that could impact program timelines. Additionally, the role drives continuous improvement by analyzing manufacturing and field data, benchmarking solutions, and recommending enhancements to product design and production processes.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive mindset to ensure high-quality product delivery and customer satisfaction.
