Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your technology experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include:

  • Functional Leadership & Consulting: Provide functional consulting expertise within SAP S/4HANA Finance projects, leading small functional teams or workstreams and acting as a design authority within your domain

  • Process & Solution Design: Demonstrate end-to-end process expertise, lead discovery sessions and design workshops, and translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions 

  • Project Delivery: Contribute across all project lifecycle phases, own functional scope during testing, maintain documentation, and manage risks within your area of responsibility 

  • Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client interactions within your functional area, facilitate workshops, and support decision-making forums

  • Quality Assurance: Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria 

  • Business Development Support: Assist in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients 

  • Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants, fostering their professional development

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP FICO consulting 

  • Solid experience in SAP ECC FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance implementations

  • Strong knowledge of at least 1-2 functional areas within SAP S/4HANA Finance, including:

    • Key SAP Financial Accounting modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting)

    • Key SAP Controlling modules (Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, CO-PA, Allocations, Product Costing) 

  • Proven experience across full project lifecycle implementations in a consulting environment 

  • Strong understanding of finance processes and how they translate into SAP solutions 

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills 

  • Experience facilitating design workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions 

  • Structured problem-solving and analytical capability 

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard approach 

  • Exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations

  • Knowledge of CO-PA, FSCM, Fixed Assets, or RAR 

  • Experience in Project Systems, Group Reporting, or Central Finance 

  • SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA (highly desirable) 

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital/AI enablement 

  • Cross-workstream integration experience 

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
