Part Time up to 3 days a week
We’re recruiting a part-time Manufacturing Engineer to join our Modules team, helping shape how nuclear power plant modular products are assembled and tested—both in a UK factory environment and across an international supply chain.
Flexibility matters here. This role is designed to work for people who need non-standard patterns—whether that’s set days, shorter days, school-hours, job share, or a compressed arrangement. We’ll agree a working pattern with you and your line manager that supports delivery and your life outside work.
We need you to help develop Methods of Manufacture and supporting documentation/instructions from concept stage through to production, ensuring modules are manufacturable, testable and ready for deployment at scale.
You’ll collaborate across design, operations, supply chain, procurement, quality and construction management to ensure modules are designed and built for smooth installation and long-term operation.

Salary: £42,000 – £55,150 (pro-rata for part-time)
Benefits (pro-rata where applicable): £2,200 benefit allowance, 12.5% bonus opportunity, 6x pensionable life assurance, 50% income protection, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a £250 new joiner payment.
