As a Senior Software Release Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing the value delivered to our customers through the timely release of innovative, reliable, secure, and user-focused software. This role is well suited for an ambitious professional looking to take the next step in their career.
You are responsible for:
Positively impacting patient lives by supporting innovative, multi-generational medical device software and helping shape the future of healthcare
Driving release strategy and execution across complex, multi-team environments, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and business priorities
Collaborating with global engineering teams and cross-functional partners, enabling key trade-off decisions and fostering a high-efficiency development environment
Supporting multiple global development teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of software releases across the PET product portfolio and broader Agile Release Train
Partnering with senior leadership to navigate risks, trade-offs, and delivery timelines across the release lifecycle
Demonstrating engineering leadership while engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
Championing a strong customer experience mindset by monitoring operational trends and ensuring timely resolution of high-impact field issues
Leveraging data insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement in processes and overall customer outcomes
Your Impact:
Demonstrating a self-starter mindset, taking initiative and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
Bringing experience in medical device software development or other regulated industries (preferred)
Operating at a program or release leadership level, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Coordinating, communicating, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams and organizational boundaries
Solving complex problems through a customer-centric approach, leveraging collaboration and effective communication
Delivering complex, cross-functional programs within a global, matrixed environment with a proven track record of success
Required Qualifications
Bringing 8–10 years of experience in software development and/or software project management, preferably in a regulated environment
Working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
Holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Managing project risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations effectively across complex initiatives

The base pay range for this position is:
$143,900 - $197,868Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
