Requisitos:
    •    Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o soporte técnico telefónico (deseable en servicios de telecomunicaciones).
    •    Conocimiento básico de sistemas de Internet, Cable TV y telefonía residencial.
    •    Habilidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera rápida y eficaz.
    •    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal, paciencia y empatía.
    •    Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples casos simultáneamente.
    •    Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (incluyendo fin de semana).
