🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) SSC Bank Reconciliation Analyst.
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador
Propósito Principal: Responsable de ejecutar y asegurar la prestación de los servicios de back office del área de cuentas para los países dentro del alcance de SSC en total cumplimiento con global SOP, políticas y controles SOX.
Responsabilidades
Realizar conciliaciones de colecturía, asegurando la correcta aplicación de pagos recibidos.
Identificar, analizar y reportar diferencias derivadas de anulaciones o aplicaciones incorrectas de pagos.
Dar seguimiento a discrepancias relacionadas con depósitos de proveedores, asegurando su oportuna resolución.
Monitorear y gestionar partidas abiertas, asegurando su análisis, tratamiento y cierre adecuado en ERP.
Ejecutar conciliaciones bancarias periódicas, garantizando la exactitud de los saldos contables vs. bancarios.
Controlar y dar seguimiento a cuentas contables con partidas abiertas en ERP.
Realizar limpieza de cuentas contables mediante compensaciones para asegurar cierres mensuales precisos en ERP
Asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno y correcto del cierre contable mensual.
Coordinar con otras áreas el seguimiento y cierre de partidas pendientes bajo su responsabilidad.
Cumplir con los controles internos y regulaciones SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), garantizando la integridad de la información financiera.
Requisitos:
🎓 Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o carreras afines.
📊 Conocimiento en procesos de cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar y/o conciliaciones financieras.
💻 Conocimiento en SAP (deseable).
📑 Dominio de Microsoft Office.
🔍 Alta atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad de los procesos.
