About Spark Driver Marketing teamThe Spark Driver Marketing team drives Walmart’s efforts to expand and optimize the driver network across markets, with a focus on challenging geographies. We operate at the intersection of marketing, product, and operations—using data, experimentation, and localized strategies to improve supply, activation, and the end-to-end experience. This role is central to how we allocate marketing investment, identify underperforming markets, and build scalable approaches that strengthen network growth and sustainability.
Help shape how Walmart grows and balances its Spark Driver network—especially in hard-to-serve, low-density markets. As Senior Manager, Data Analytics, you’ll own the analytics strategy behind driver acquisition marketing, translating complex data into clear actions that improve supply, activation, and marketplace health. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to guide spend, targeting, and experimentation—delivering measurable impact through rigorous performance frameworks and advanced analytics.
What you'll do...
- Own end-to-end analytics and strategy for driver acquisition marketing across channels.
- Build performance frameworks linking marketing inputs to activation and supply outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing to influence spend allocation, targeting, and campaign design.
- Lead experimentation across geographies, messaging, and channels to drive measurable lift.
- Identify underperforming markets and deploy targeted acquisition strategies.
- 6+ years in analytics, growth, or marketing strategy roles.
- Advanced SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Expertise measuring and optimizing digital marketing performance.
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI prompting or applied AI in analytics workflows; gig/marketplace experience a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.1 year's supervisory experience.
