Leads and Develops Teams- Teaches, trains, and actively listens to associates.
- Tours stores and provides feedback (Tour to Teach).
- Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
- Utilizes technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
- Introduces and leads company change efforts.
- Provides clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions.
- Communicates business objectives to teams effectively.
- Demonstrates the Better Way service model.
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives (e.g., Store of the Community, community outreach programs).
- Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved.

- Reviews and evaluates P&L (Profit & Loss) statements.
- Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
- Hires, trains, and mentors associates.
- Assigns duties and sets clear expectations.
- Provides associate recognition and communicates expectations consistently.

- Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’ssupervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific
Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a
current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
