THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Acquisition Channel Sr Manager to our Partners team in São Paulo

We are seeking a senior professional focused on Technology Partnerships and Integrations to manage the ecosystem of Management Systems (CMS) in Brazil. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end integration strategy, ensuring technology adoption by Wellhub’s partner gyms. In addition to managing high-level relationships with C-level executives from leading fitness software companies, this role requires leading data-driven projects, optimizing technical onboarding, and expanding indirect channels to reduce operational friction and unlock new business value. 

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Integration Strategy & Adoption: Lead the execution of integration OKRs in Brazil. Map and manage the entire partner technology journey (Not Mapped, Recommendation, Activation, Adoption), creating data-driven action plans to increase conversion at every stage.
  • CMS Ecosystem Management: Act as the primary point of contact and negotiator with C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs, CROs) of the market's main management systems (e.g., Evo, Pacto, NextFit, Tecnofit, etc.). Lead the partnership process for new CMS providers—from initial engagement, negotiation, and signing of API Agreements to ongoing technical onboarding support and troubleshooting.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Structure and lead projects that unlock mutual value, such as integrating financial and reconciliation data between the Partner Portal and CMS providers. Conduct analyses and alignments regarding incrementality and cannibalization reports.
  • Intelligence & Data: Continuously monitor integration performance using BI tools (e.g., Looker). Develop detailed analyses by executive and partner engagement level, ensuring clear visibility into adoption funnel bottlenecks.
  • Marketing & Channel Ecosystem: Develop joint marketing initiatives with CMS partners (Partner Club, regional events, etc.).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in synergy with Global Ops, Support (CX), Product (PD), and Legal teams to drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes and the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

WHO YOU ARE

  • Advanced English skills
  • Project & Operations Management: Robust ability to manage complex technical and operational projects, focusing on process optimization and resolving systemic bottlenecks in B2B journeys.
  • Relationship & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills to engage and influence decision-makers (C-levels), building long-term, high-trust relationships with partner tech companies.
  • Data-Driven (Analytical Skills): Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation (experience with Looker is a plus). Ability to structure commercial strategies and technical defenses based on performance and incrementality reports.
  • Product Vision: Deep understanding of API integrations and experience with management software workflows. Skilled at translating commercial needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Resilience & Autonomy: A hands-on, proactive profile capable of navigating long-cycle development and integration projects while orchestrating multiple internal teams.
