We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer to drive viewership, watch-time, and repeat consumption for Tadka by owning the intersection of product surfaces, content hooks, and consumer behaviour. In this role, you will turn shows into clicks, clicks into watches, and watches into habit by driving marketing interventions across platform surfaces, content packaging, and off-platform discovery channels. This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong content instincts, product thinking, and experimentation-led execution to build audience growth for short-form content at scale.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel for Tadka, driving viewership, watch-time, repeat consumption, and audience retention across content and platform surfaces.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop titles, thumbnails, metadata, hooks, and content packaging that improve click-through rates and conversion.
  • Work closely with product teams to optimize discovery surfaces such as the homepage, search, recommendations, and notifications to improve content visibility and engagement.
  • Run continuous experiments across packaging, messaging, and placement to improve click-through, conversion, and completion rates.
  • Collaborate with content teams before and after launch to improve marketability and identify the strongest consumer hooks for each title.
  • Build compelling promo narratives, cutdowns, and snackable assets that improve discoverability and increase off-platform traction.
  • Identify and amplify high-performing moments, formats, and genres that drive stronger audience engagement and repeat viewing.
  • Build and optimize audience journeys across the funnel—from discovery to click to watch to next-episode consumption and sharing.
  • Work with central marketing teams to create an always-on off-platform distribution engine using short-form video, creators, social trends, and other scalable discovery channels.
  • Run fast A/B tests to evaluate creative approaches, messaging, and formats, and use audience insights to improve performance.
  • Decode audience behaviour and content performance patterns to build repeatable growth playbooks and rapidly eliminate underperforming approaches.
  • What We Are Looking For:

  • Overall 10 years' experience, with 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or digital media.
  • Strong instinct for content performance, with the ability to identify what drives clicks, engagement, and repeat consumption.
  • Deep understanding of audience funnels, including impression-to-click, click-to-watch, and watch-to-retention behaviour.
  • Hands-on experience running experiments, interpreting data, and using insights to drive iteration.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, marketers, and content teams to improve audience outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed.
  • Analytical thinker with strong judgment and a bias for action.
