High Potential Program - AI and Automation

Impossible Cloud · Hamburg

ABOUT US:

We have built a cloud object storage similar to AWS S3, now optimised for AI and compute. Our market success has already been proved by our commercial hyper-growth, based on our channel-based GTM strategy. While we build a high performance compute platform and a comprehensive suite of cloud services, we are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralized infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and most recently AI Applications — all from our HQ in Hamburg.

Impossible Cloud High Potential Program (HiPo)

We created the High Potential Program to harness the capabilities of ambitious graduates and professionals ready to tackle tomorrow's challenges. This intensive four to six-month program is designed to unlock your full potential through real-world projects, supported by comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Solve problems! Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company's growth.

Onboarding & Training (Months 1–2): Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned tech and operations leaders. Learn the company's internal workflows, tools landscape, and build your essential AI & automation toolkit.

Project Immersion (Months 3–4): Working closely with department leads, you will dive into hands-on projects across four core areas:

  • AI Tool Research & Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and pilot AI tools - from LLM-based assistants to independent AI agents and workflow automation platforms (e.g. Claude agents, n8n, Make, Zapier, custom GPT setups) - including assessing their compliance implications.
  • Workflow Mapping & Automation: Map internal workflows across teams and identify high-leverage AI automation opportunities.
  • Rollout & Implementation: Own the end-to-end rollout and implementation of selected AI agents and automation solutions, including configuration, testing, documentation, and team enablement.
  • Playbook Building: Build lightweight internal guides, procedures, and playbooks so AI tools are actually adopted - not just installed.
  • Leadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5–6): Lead impactful projects demonstrating your growth on your journey to become a global ambassador of the company. Help develop and maintain our internal AI tool stack and automation strategy as the company scales, measure the impact of these initiatives across the business, and work directly with department leads to embed AI into their day-to-day operations.

    WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier university program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field - with a track record of going beyond what's expected of you
  • Genuinely obsessed with AI tools and automation and what they can do in a real business context - you're already using them daily.
  • A systems thinker: you see workflows, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities where others see manual tasks. Comfortable moving fast with incomplete information - you test, learn, and iterate.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) - familiarity with prompt engineering, Python scripting, or API integrations is a plus
  • A strong communicator: you can make any tool feel intuitive to a non-technical colleague - and you ask the right questions to understand what the business actually needs
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
