FloQast is looking for a Web Developer to own and evolve our corporate website as a growth engine. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our website drives revenue — This position sits squarely at the intersection of marketing and development. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing a high-performing, scalable, and user-centric website that drives pipeline, supports campaigns, and powers our business by turning visitors into conversations.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

What You’ll Do
Web Platform Technical Ownership
Leading the technical evolution of the current corporate website on Webflow, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Develop, maintain, and optimize our Webflow implementation, and provide guidance on future platform technologies
Manage the technical implementation of our third-party integrations; these include Wistia, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Implement and maintain best practices for technical SEO & AEO
Content Management & Campaign Support
Partner with marketing to publish and update content quickly and effectively.
Build new templates, components, and experiences to support demand generation campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Ensure all site experiences are optimized for conversion and lead generation.
Development Standards
Establish best practices for componentization & reuse
Establish and enforce a rigorous code review process
Establish and enforce standards around syntax and approach
Establish best practices for mobile-first/responsive design practices
Champion best practices for mobile, accessibility, and user-friendly design.
Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
What You’ll Bring
3-5+ years of experience in web development, including at least 1 year building and scaling sites in Webflow
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and user experience.
Hands-on experience with third-party integrations and analytics tools. (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Wistia, etc.).
Knowledge of technical SEO/AEO, responsive design, accessibility standards, and managing multi-region/multi-language sites.
Skilled at collaborating with marketers, field teams, and demand generation teams to bring campaigns to life.
Skilled at interpreting, providing feedback, and ingesting designs in Figma, especially with respect to design systems (e.g. Material design)
Nice To Haves/Other
Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience integrating with HubSpot
Experience integrating with SDFC
Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments where the website is a core demand generation tool.
Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and how to reflect them in website architecture.
Basic understanding of conversion copywriting principles to collaborate effectively with content teams.
