We are opening up our search for a strategic Finance Team Lead to co-pilot our financial journey at Lalamove Vietnam! If you are a proactive leader with 2–3 years of leadership experience in MNCs, proficiency in VAS, and a readiness to oversee accounting functions, manage MEC, and handle statutory compliance (SBV, Tax, Audit), we want you on our team.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee daily accounting and stakeholder accounts to ensure all activities adhere to company policies, accounting standards and tax regulations.

  • Check the team's work accuracy and make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality output.

  • Manage new account updates, ensuring all relevant departments are fully informed of changes.

  • Perform weekly reports and other Group reports as assigned.

  • Manage MEC and handle local and tax purposes.

  • Handle all loan-related matters with inter companies and perform mandatory registrations with SBV.

  • Assist in improving existing processes and implementing new internal controls.

  • Provide support and guidance to team members. 

  • Address problems related to team members or other departments as directed by the Finance Manager.

  • Provide financial assistance to various departments as needed.

  • Work closely with third parties (SBV, banks, auditors, tax officers and other local authorities).

  • Others: Ad-hoc tasks/works assigned by Line Manager.

  • What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • At least 2- or 3-years experience at Team Lead/Chief Accountant in MNC.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting principles (VAS), local regulations and tax laws.
  • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and other financial reports.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Experience with Oracle accounting system is preferred
  • Experience on working with third parties (SBV, bank, auditor, tax officer and other local authorities).
