As a member of the Backoffice team, you are expected to be experienced in Know Your Customer processes, passionate about customer service and also technology. Your mission is to complete the customer’s accreditation as fast and as efficient as possible.
What You´ll Be Doing:
Manage and execute regulatory and compliance processes, including Bacenjud, CCS0011, and Bacen Correios;
Monitor metrics, review performance, and propose new solutions or data providers for KYC and customer data updates;
Conduct KYC and KYB processes, including business validation and professional license verification;
Validate tax identification numbers and perform criminal background checks;
Investigate and eliminate false positives in risk and compliance workflows;
Implement and improve KYC rules and processes;
Manage manual review queues and onboarding overflow processes;
Perform rechecks and maintain up-to-date customer records.
What You´ll Need to Succeed:
SQL knowledge;
Experience automating and building using Claude Code, Droid and any other LLMs;
Data analysis with dashboards and spreadsheets;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Grit and ownership spirit;
Strong analytical skills with logical reasoning;
Big attention to details;
Ability to keep learning new things while constantly improving what we are already good at;
Fluent English;
Excellent organizational abilities;
Enthusiasm and passion for technology;
