The Service Administrator plays a key role in providing daily administrative and clerical support that enables efficient service operations. A Day in the Life

Manage a high volume of service files and documentation, including work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and customer records

Complete full-cycle invoicing for service work

Support Accounts Receivable activities, including follow-ups as required

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and service information
-
Communicate with customers and internal service teams to support daily operations

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Service team

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and accessible

Respond to service-related inquiries and assist with dispatching crews as needed

Work Schedule & Location
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am-4:30pm
- Fully in-office (Location: 15 Neptune Crescent, Dartmouth, NS B2Y 4P9)
Required Qualifications

Strong computer skills and comfort working in multiple systems daily

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Positive attitude with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset
- Has own vehicle and valid driver's license to commute daily to the branch
Assets / Nice to Have

Invoicing experience

Exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR)

Experience in a construction or service-related environment

Post-secondary education in administration or business
