Job Summary:
The Sales Motion & Customization team, part of the Sales Enablement vertical, plays a pivotal role in bridging sales strategy with execution. The team drives advertiser impact through bespoke media solutions and maximized revenue opportunities, while also strengthening sales efficiency via robust pipeline management. In this role, you will be working at the intersection of sales, product, content, and data, to enable business growth by ensuring both creative flexibility for clients and operational rigor for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Media Plan Customization:
Develop tailored media and sales solutions aligned with advertiser goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Content, Legal, Business Development) to ensure feasibility and compliance.
Curate innovative formats and packages, with a focus on Cricket properties, to drive incremental revenue.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Design and manage infrastructure for LCS sales, including dashboards, cadences, and performance reviews.
Ensure data accuracy, automate workflows, and streamline forecasting to enhance sales efficiency.
Partner with product, data, and strategy teams to improve sales enablement and internal productivity.

Preferred Education and Experience
MBA with 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Development in Digital Media, FMCG, Telecom industries or Category, Sales Strategy roles in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, etc,.
Prior exposure to sales enablement or revenue strategy in a digital media background will be preferred.
