Job Summary:
We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. The incumbent is responsible for creating and executing best practices in brand integrations in collaboration with various teams. This position is a revenue generation role and is responsible for solving clients’ brand-related problem statements through content led integrations.
About the team:
The Brand Solutions team is responsible for driving client engagement and creating and executing best practices in brand integrations for JHS and Star Maa channels across multiple platforms. The team works on client briefs for fiction, non-fiction, and event integrations, ensuring seamless execution. They collaborate closely with the Programming, PRS, Creative Communications, and Marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging and maximize reach. With a strong focus on regional markets and audience preferences, the team ensures targeted execution of integrations as per the agreed scripts, enhancing the channel’s visibility. Their efforts strengthen brand presence and foster audience loyalty in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on client briefs across fiction, non-fiction, and event integrations
Develop integration ideas and concepts aligned to client objectives in collaboration with internal content teams
Support scripting of integrations for client approvals in coordination with copywriters
Ensure on-ground and on-air execution of integrations as per approved concepts/scripts
Work on on-air special initiatives to enhance brand visibility and storytelling
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for client requirements and queries via PRS
Create client-facing presentations (PPTs) including pitch decks, integration concepts, and post-campaign summaries
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, production, marketing) to ensure smooth execution and timelines
Support in post-evaluation reports by compiling data, learnings, and key highlights for clients.
Skills & Attributes for success:
Experience with consumers facing company with national presence is essential
Analytical skills would be strong
Technically savvy, with very good communication (written, verbal and email etiquette)
Passionate person with an ability to build capacity and scale up the operations quickly

Preferred Education & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: MBA or graduate with 3-5 years’ work experience in a related role.
2–3 years of experience in relevant filed preferably within television or entertainment.
Developing best practices in brand integration
Piece to camera vignettes from scripting to execution, co-ordination and delivering the end output.
