The IT function keeps the foundations' IT infrastructure stable, secure, and efficient — supporting users, administering corporate services, and advancing the organization's technology processes. This role ensures uninterrupted operation of the foundation's IT systems, equipment, and services: technical support for staff, administration of accounts and infrastructure, and contribution to the development and optimization of IT processes within information-security standards.
Transformation period (separation project phase)
Architecture and project decisions are owned by the project team (PM + leadership); the administrator delivers the technical execution of the plan:
- Execute contractor agreements and coordinate contracted work.
- Procure and accept equipment.
- Set up workstations and staff working environments.
- Carry out domain, mail, and server migration per the approved plan.
- Deploy and configure the new IT environment and network to the project team's design.
- Configure access systems and baseline information-security policies.
- Support migration and integration of educational systems (including integration with the Satpayev infrastructure).
- Maintain technical documentation of completed work and hand solutions over to operations. (Target outcome: an autonomous inVision IT infrastructure ready for stable operation.)
Ongoing IT operations (core workload)
Service priority: inVision U / Resource Center. Support for Spark, AAI, and MHD as part of operations.
