Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Merchant PMO Associate focused on merchant growth programs—managing and executing growth initiatives across the merchant lifecycle to drive education/adoption and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with Grab regional/country stakeholders and front-line execution teams to deliver programs with clarity, speed, and measurable results.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage and execute merchant growth programs; turn strategy into operating plans and execution rhythms.
• Oversee program roll-out and execution discipline across education/enablement and related GTM activities.
• Support merchant commercial planning with inputs on growth levers, monetization frameworks, and solution design alignment.
• Own analytics & tracking for program insights (dashboards, documentation, query optimization).
• Unblock cross-functional execution; align milestones/guardrails and escalate risks early; continuously improve program operations.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, eCommerce, tech, or B2B/Digital Marketing roles.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders across business, product, and operations.
• Advanced English with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences across levels and functions.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis (e.g. Excel, PowerBI or similar), with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights, and action plans is a plus.
