Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.
As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.
Android auto is an Android platform designed to work in automobiles. Google TV powers smart TVs and streaming dongles.
In this role, you will be a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team for Android Ecosystems Emerging Platforms Finance, working across all three product groups. You will be focused on management including supporting regular financial processes, agreement modeling and analysis and building financial models to support decisions.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$135,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, related functions, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or similar environments.
- Knowledge of SAP, SQL and statistical tools/systems.
- Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, work in a changing and growing environment, and drive operational initiatives
- Ability to manage processes that require attention to detail and detail oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
- Excellent communication skills with influencing and partnering with both finance and non-finance business stakeholders and budget owners.
