This role supports Parts and Service Teams four division leads and its 80+ cost center managers with budgeting, forecasting, accounting / finance, manpower tracking, capital investment along with SAP, and other corporate tasks. The team is expected to track and calculate ROI (Return on Investment), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), and ROS (Return on Sales) for all activities within Parts, Service, Planning & Customer Relations, and Technical divisions. The Finance and Administration department is responsible for all tracking, monitoring, and reporting of financial matters for the operations. With over $800M in inventory and over $4B in annual sales, there are a multitude of financials that are monitored daily.
Manage PST operations’ budget, finances, capital expenditures, shopping carts, impacts to P&L (Profit and Loss statement) to level one tree objectives relating to Parts profitability of $1.1B and ROS through meticulous management / tracking of details / calculations of IRR/ROI/NPV (Net Present Value )/ P&L items etc.
Minimum Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Bus Admin / Accounting / Finance & or related fields such as operations management or math; or MBA Preferred
Minimum Experience
1-3 years of experience in a global / international company with experience and knowledge in warehousing, distribution, logistics, dealership, service operations, strategic planning and/or customer relations

Strong written and oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills required
Handle deadlines and work independently (self-starter)
Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills (pivot table, advanced modelling skills)
Database query and parts specific knowledge
Knowledge of Parts, Service, CR, Strategy and/or Technical business ops preferred
This position requires a lot of flexibility to meet ever-changing priorities and deadlines. Individual has had to work overtime to ensure all parts of the team functions well. Being able to respond effectively and with proper level of urgency is key.
Due to inaccurate information, the proper level of scrutiny of data and the ability to analyze and quickly communicate to appropriate levels of management are required. There is a high level of accuracy required for this position and extra hours are required.
On-going deadlines require excellent time management as this position is expected to respond effectively to everything that comes to the department.
