Your opportunity

We’re currently looking for a Pricing Manager, Nordics for Nordics Market Unit as fixed-term to join our Commercial team and play a key role in driving pricing strategy and commercial excellence across the Nordic Market Unit.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Pricing, and Demand Planning, supporting business performance through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strong stakeholder collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys combining analytics with practical business impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the Market Unit Sales & Marketing leadership in managing pricing processes and tools

  • Act as the Market Unit contact for Segment Pricing and support implementation of pricing roadmap and initiatives

  • Provide analysis and insights to improve pricing performance and profitability

  • Support Sales teams in developing pricing capabilities and improving efficiency

  • Drive implementation and continuous improvement of pricing processes and tools by: Coordinating activities across Sales teams, preparing testing, documentation, and process updates, managing pricing-related data and maintenance processes and Acting as a superuser and ensuring training and onboarding of Sales teams

  • Drive Commercial Excellence within the Market Unit by: supporting Contract Management processes and ensuring compliance, supporting Margin management and opportunity tracking in Salesforce, providing reporting and follow-up on pricing KPIs and monitoring pricing and commercial processes

  • Support demand execution by: Assisting with short-term forecast analysis, assisting with the Sales Budget process: coordinating bi-weekly planning with purchasing teams, maintaining and updating forecasts and contributing to S&OP and planning and coordinating internal transfers for the Norway warehouse

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, or similar

  • Commercial experience in a B2B environment

  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset

  • Experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or similar roles

  • Good understanding of business processes and data-driven decision making

  • Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Pricing tools such as Vendavo, CRM tools such as Salesforce)

  • Fluent written and spoken English
