Job Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory, rates and occupancy for hotel, Entertainment and F&B to maximize the profitability for the company
- Maintain all relevant reports for yield management including hotel, Entertainment and F&B
- Yield manages hotel ADR and occupancy both short term and long term to maximize profitability
- Create and analyze reports for driving business from all segmentations both gaming and non-gaming
- Initiate and Implement revenue programs and offers to cover low seasons or distress periods to drive hotel occupancy
- Execute the budget and forecast process to ensure it is accurate, Justifiable and completed on timely manners.
- Prepare and attend Revenue Meetings to review, explain or facilitate revenue strategies or plans
- Work closely with Casino, Hotel Operations, Sales and F&B etc to implement revenue recovery programs
- Understand and master the computerized systems/software/Tools related to revenue management.
- Train and develop employee to ensure staff engagement and performance up to business level.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5-year experience in revenue management or related area
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Possess excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
