To embed finance discipline into production planning, inventory management, and material procurement. Drive cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and budgeting processes while acting as the single source of financial truth for the Planning and Material teams.
Job Description:
- Inventory Control: Actively track, analyze, and challenge inventory KPIs (turns, slow-moving/obsolete stock, and write-offs). Design and maintain reserve models for aged, excess, and at-risk raw materials.
- Inventory Forecasting: Develop and maintain analytical models to forecast inventory levels and quantify working-capital and cash-flow impacts.
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly inventory financial reporting, including flux analyses and KPI dashboards, to senior management, clearly articulate key drivers, risks, and trends.
- Operational Deep Dive: Go beyond accounting to develop a deep understanding of operational realities. Engage closely with warehouse, production, and planning teams to understand physical material flows, constraints, and risks, and translate these into financial insights.
- Strategic Business Support: Provide data-driven financial insights to support critical business decisions, including production planning, procurement strategies, inventory optimization initiatives, and new product introductions.
- Process Optimization: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance end-to-end supply chain financial performance.
- Productivity & Standards: Drive continuous improvement of global inventory accounting policies and procedures. Enable operational excellence through process standardization, digitalization, and automation.
- Business Partnering: Act as a finance business partner in regular production and material planning meetings to provide financial challenge and decision support. Co-own SIOP process with Supply Chain by linking demand changes to material spend and inventory outcomes
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s (or +) degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, CMA, CIMA, or ACCA preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years in Accounting/Finance roles
- Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment and having a good understanding of Healthcare Industry dynamics.
- In-depth understanding of Cost Accounting, Variance Analysis and Financial Reporting
- Financial planning experience required, including written and verbal communication, as well as good presentation skills.
Technical Skills required:
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems as well as BI tools like QlikView, Jedox, Power BI etc. desired.
- Understanding of MRP logic, safety stock, EOQ, and inventory turnover metrics.
- Experience in working capital management (cash flow cycles).

The base pay range for this position is:
$167,030 - $229,669Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
