Job Details:
REQUIREMENTS: Education: Accredited Bachelor's degree required, Accounting/Finance major preferred (12 hours minimum Accounting required). Experience: 4 plus years supervisory experience; Poultry manufacturing knowledge or related experience a plus.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database systems. Preferred experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enable data-driven decision support.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.
Special Skills: Managerial, analytical and data management skills are essential. Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a group of management support team members.
Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year.
