Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!
Why this role matters:
We are looking for a Business Performance & Pricing Analyst, based in Poland, to join our Commercial Strategy & Performance team within the API Business Unit.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial analysis, pricing intelligence, and business performance monitoring. You will be responsible for tracking and analysing the performance of our API products, generating actionable insights, and supporting the definition and execution of our pricing strategy. Your contribution will be essential to safeguard and improve the profitability of our APIs, and to help Vonage achieve its revenue and margin growth objectives. You will work closely with Pricing Managers, the Business Performance team, Sales, Product, and Finance stakeholders — acting as a key analytical partner across the organisation.
This role is offered as an 8-month fixed-term contract.
Your key responsibilities:
- Monitor revenue, market share, and profitability against business goals and OKRs
- Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau) to track real-time business performance
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions
- Analyze customer behavior, pricing trends, and willingness to pay
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across pricing, offerings, and cost structures
- Evaluate ROI of pricing strategies, promotions, and commercial initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and BI teams to improve profitability
- Present insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree required; Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in a business analysis, commercial finance, or pricing role, ideally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools — advanced Excel is a must: experience with Tableau, SQL, or Power BI is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of P&L drivers, margin analysis, and commercial modelling
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, delivering results end-to-end in a fast-paced, global environment
- Curious and structured thinker, unafraid to challenge the status quo and drive better business outcomes
How you’ll benefit:
- Medical Insurance
- Glasses Reimbursement
- Life Insurance - Allianz Family
- Kafeteria - My Benefit
- Ericsson Care Line
- Discretionary Time Off (DTO)
- Volunteer Time (VTO)
- Additional benefits and perks will be shared and discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process
