The Purpose:

In the role of the Senior Accounting Analyst, you are responsible for supporting with day-to-day activities in the accounting department. Furthermore, you are helping by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
 
You will be part of our Accounting team that is composed of other passionate accounting
professionals located in Munich, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg, Mexico City, Sao Paolo and
Singapore.

Your impact in this role:

  • Processing general ledger transactions for several PPRO entities covering all aspects of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet.
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and supporting with reconciling accounts.
  • Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards.
  • Supporting Accounting Team Lead with AP/AR processes as required.
  • Supporting Financial Accountants with postings as required for month/quarter/year end processes.
  • Supporting wider accounting team in their duties as needed
  • What would make you a great fit:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting or tax consulting company
  • Good know-how and experience in accounting standards (IFRS/Local GAAP)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
  • Excel skills (advanced)
  • Intermediary English
  • Interpersonal skills (including professionalism and cooperative attitude)

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • IFRS knowledge
  • Intermediary Spanish
