The Accounting Technology Consultant (ATC) will join FloQast’s Professional Services organization to deliver high-quality implementations for customers adopting our Compliance Management solution.
This is a customer-facing consulting role responsible for owning implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live. Our ATCs partner directly with accounting, compliance, and internal audit teams to understand their risk and control frameworks, design effective system configurations, and ensure customers realize value quickly and confidently.
The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, an understanding of compliance and control processes, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. ATCs are accountable for execution quality, customer experience, and on-time delivery, with a direct impact on customer satisfaction and long-term success with FloQast.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.

What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end customer implementations, serving as the primary delivery point of contact from kickoff through go-live
Lead structured discovery to understand customer compliance programs, risk and control frameworks, and audit requirements
Configure FloQast Compliance Management to align with customer processes, including risks, controls, workflows, and evidence collection
Guide customers through best practices for structuring controls, documentation, and ongoing compliance processes
Plan, manage, and execute implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent customers
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope to keep implementations on track
Lead customer working sessions and walkthroughs with confidence and professionalism
Communicate clearly and consistently with customers, setting expectations and driving accountability
Document configurations, decisions, and outcomes to support internal handoffs and long-term customer success
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams as needed to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality delivery experience
Support post go-live stabilization and early adoption efforts to ensure customers realize value quickly
What You'll Bring:
At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, accounting systems, or a client-facing consulting role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of accounting, audit, and internal control processes
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC, or similar programs is a plus
Experience managing client-facing workstreams or projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
Comfort leading customer discussions and making configuration decisions
High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly
Nice-To-Haves:
Experience in a consulting role, particularly within a SaaS environment
CPA or related professional accounting certification
Experience with internal audit, SOX compliance, or control testing
