Data Center Electrical Engineer - Wichita Falls

You generate ideas, communicate recommendations to senior-level executives and drive implementation alongside facilities technicians.
With your technical expertise, you ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop infrastructure improvements and serve as an expert in your specialty (e.g., cooling, electrical).
As Google expands its data center footprint, you will join our growing team as an electrical engineer. In this role, you'll play a part in the design, implementation, and management of electrical systems for our data centers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the engineer of record, to ensure our facilities are built to standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility design construction environments.
- 5 years of experience with data center or mission-critical facilities and their electrical infrastructure.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field.
- Professional engineering license.
- Experience in bidding, designing, operating, and commissioning of electrical distribution systems from high voltage (HV) substation to final circuits.
- Experience in electrical systems analysis.
