Job Title: Case Manager
Role Overview:
• Manage client files and coordinate communication among clients, attorneys, and third parties
• Ensure effective case progression
• Gather and organize necessary documentation
• Maintain detailed records of case developments
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents
• Provide regular updates to clients
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of client service
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in file management, documentation, and organized record keeping
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
• Knowledge of legal processes, court filings, and case procedures
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases
• Experience with case management software or related tools is beneficial
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience:
• Previous legal or case management experience
• 2 years of personal injury case manager experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2 years preferred)
